Dirigo Physical Therapy and Performance is a leading private outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic, specializing in evidence-based, patient-oriented, one-on-one care. The Role:
We are seeking a Performance Physical Therapist to join our team at Dirigo PT and Performance. The ideal candidate will have previous work or clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. At Dirigo Physical Therapy and Performance, we prioritize our patients and strive to provide the highest quality care in a supportive and empowering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with athletes, active adults, and clients who want to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. New grads are welcome.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered 1-on-1 physical therapy services (NEVER double booking or overlapping patients)
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with focus on active rehabilitation and thoughtful education strategies for load management and long-term health
- Implement hands-on care, movement analysis, and progressive strength training, utilizing sports science technologies
- Collaborate with our team of performance physical therapists and wellness professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
-Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy
-Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or performance rehab
-Skilled in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and active approaches to care
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about helping others and making a positive impact
